Refunds & Exchanges

Our products are non-refundable or exchangeable

Exchanges are possible only when there has been an error in the order.

However the product must be returned in its original form with no 

amendment (Unworn, uncut etc.)

We cannot exchange wigs where the lace has been cut off.
